This privacy policy applies to the landing pages and sales pages operated by Precision Wellbeing. Our registered address is: Helen Nicolas Accounting Solutions, 1st Floor Deneway House, 88-94 Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, Herts, England, EN6 1AQ.

These pages are hosted on Systeme.io and are used to offer our coaching programmes, including the Back Resilience Blueprint, and to provide free resources such as The Recurring Lower Back Pain Blueprint ebook.

When you interact with our landing or sales pages, we may collect the following personal data:

2a. Information You Provide Directly

•       Name and email address when you download our free ebook or join our mailing list

•       Name, email address, and any information you share when booking a discovery call

•       Name, billing address, email address, and payment details when purchasing a programme

We collect this data to fulfil your request, deliver the service or product you have purchased or enquired about, and to communicate with you about your order or coaching programme.

2b. Information Collected Automatically

Our pages may collect certain technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our pages. This is handled through Systeme.io's built-in analytics and is used to understand how our pages are performing.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

•       To deliver your free ebook or other resource you have requested

•       To send you our email newsletter and educational content via ActiveCampaign (only where you have given your consent)

•       To contact you about your discovery call booking or coaching programme

•       To process payments for our programmes via Stripe or PayPal

•       To respond to any enquiries you send us

•       To improve and analyse the performance of our pages

We will only send you marketing emails where you have actively opted in to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails.

To operate our pages and deliver our services, we share data with the following trusted third parties. Each of these providers is contractually obligated to keep your data secure and to use it only for the specific purpose for which it was shared.

Systeme.io

Our landing and sales pages are hosted on Systeme.io. They process data on our behalf including form submissions and page analytics. You can review their privacy policy at systeme.io.

ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign to manage our email list and send automated email sequences. When you opt in to receive our free ebook or newsletter, your name and email address are stored in ActiveCampaign. You can review their privacy policy at activecampaign.com.

Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments for our coaching programmes. Stripe handles your card details directly and we do not store your full payment information. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

PayPal

We also offer PayPal as a payment option. If you choose to pay via PayPal, your transaction is processed directly by PayPal. You can review PayPal's privacy policy at paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full.

6. Email Marketing and Your Consent

If you download our free ebook or sign up to our mailing list, you are giving us permission to send you follow-up emails containing health advice, programme information, and occasional promotional content related to Precision Wellbeing.

You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Once unsubscribed, we will not send you further marketing emails, although we may still contact you if you have an active coaching programme or pending booking.

7. Cookies

Our pages may use cookies to help them function correctly and to track basic analytics. These may include cookies set by Systeme.io as part of the hosting platform.

By using our pages, you consent to the use of these cookies. If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can adjust your browser settings, although this may affect how the pages function.

We do not currently use Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics tracking cookies on these pages. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected:

•       Email subscribers: we retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data will be removed from our active marketing lists within 30 days.

•       Coaching clients: we retain your data for up to 7 years following the end of your programme, in line with our legal and accounting obligations.

•       Discovery call enquiries: we retain this data for up to 12 months following your enquiry.

•       Payment records: retained for 7 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.

9. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

As a UK resident, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

•       The right to be informed about how your data is used

•       The right to access the data we hold about you

•       The right to have inaccurate data corrected

•       The right to have your data deleted (the right to be forgotten)

•       The right to restrict how we process your data

•       The right to data portability

•       The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests

We take the security of your personal data seriously. All data collected through our pages is stored securely. Our third-party providers (Systeme.io, ActiveCampaign, Stripe, and PayPal) all operate to high security standards and are required to maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
